    • Scant 1 TBS Garlic, minced
    • 1 shallot, peeled and minced.
    • 3/4 cup of chicken stock
    • 1 cup whipping cream
    • Salt and pepper
    • 3 tablespoons of minced fresh Italian parsley (or herb of choice)
